Scope of Services. Through this Site, Ambar Cleaning Service markets and arranges House Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move Out Cleaning, Move In Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, Home Cleaning, Cleaning Service, Cleaning Company. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://ambarcleaningservice.com is the property of Ambar Cleaning Service or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

End of Use. Ambar Cleaning Service may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Ambar Cleaning Service against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Choice of Law. TX law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TX, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
